Position: 
Investment Development Department(Intern)

Responsibilities: 
- Responsible for collation and statistics of market data, participate in status investigation and investment feasibility study, analyze status and value, assist in writing research reports, and provide professional support for project decision-making; 
- Responsible for special research, calculation and analysis of the market, follow up the market dynamics and surrounding areas, and grasp the changes in the investment environment;
- Responsible for weekly department reports, transaction table updates and online investment platform maintenanceï¼› 
- Assist other daily work of department colleagues. 

Requirements: 
- Unlimited majors, economic management majors are preferred; 
- Proficient in using office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc., with good data analysis ability and report writing ability; 
- Excellent fluency in English and multilingual are preferred(written and spoken); 
- Strong subjective initiative, cheerful and optimistic, and can quickly integrate into the team; 
- A team player with outstanding communication skills; 
- Enthusiastic, a self-starter demonstrating initiative and the ability to handle pressure; 
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent multi-task abilities. 


Position: 
Strategic Development Department(Intern)

Responsibilities: 
- Assist in the works relating to corporate strategy, including but not limited to the in-depth analysis on macro economy, securities industry, Fintech, and etc.; covering skills of data collection, data mining, research, analytical material drafting, and participating in discussion etc; 
- Assist in the research and execution of various capital operation, including but not limited to mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and other forms of co-operations; comprehensive investment banking skills on company profile drafting, comparable analysis, valuation and etc. would be required;

- Assist in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities. 

Requirements: 
- Economics, Finance, Accounting majors preferred; combination of Mathematics or Computer Science background would be a plus; 
- Good communication, logical thinking and problem-solving skills; 
- Proactive, responsible, and ability of fast learning and working efficiently under pressure; 
- Excellent fluency in English and
multilingual are preferred(written and spoken); 
- Good command of PC skills, esp. Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiar with Wind, Bloomberg, Capital IQ and Dealogic etc; 
- Strong interest in investment banking related business lines, including but not limited to wealth management, asset management, Fintech and etc. 


Position: 
Human Resource Department(Intern) 

Responsibilities: 
- Participate in recruitment related work, maintain and update talent pool; 
- Assist in employee entry procedures, collect and organize personnel files and archives; 
- Assist in organizing employee training; 
- Assist employee benefits management;
- Assist performance evaluation related work. 

Requirements: 
- Familiar with office software, database software; 
- Good at communication, proactive and able to work with the team;
- Excellent fluency in English and
multilingual are preferred(written and spoken); 


Position: 
Assistant manager of IT Infrastructure support 

Responsibilities: 
- Responsible for setting up, configuring, trouble-shooting networks in multiple Datacenters; 
- Maintain high network availability and ensure all network equipment works properly; 
- Maintain the Hardware and the Operation System to ensure the stability of Servers/VMs and Storages; 
- Provide technical support and maintenance service to application platforms; 
- Propose and execute continuous improvements on network operations; 
- Documentation of all network changes, upgrades and new implementations as appropriate. 

Requirements: 
- Minimum 3-year solid experience as a network engineer/system engineer; 
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline(s);
- Knowledge in Layer 2 & 3 protocols including VLAN, VoIP, IPSec and BGP; 
- Experience in implementation of the network products of H3C/Huawei/Cisco firewall/switch/Router and load balancer;
- Experience in AD, VM Ware, Windows, Linux and monitoring tools such as MTRG, PRTG is a plus;
- Be able to learn and work independently, self-motivated with strong problem solving skills; 
- Passionate to learn new technologies, be good at team player and communication skills; 
- Excellent fluency in English and
multilingual are preferred(written and spoken);
